What a Partner business can see
A Partner business only has access to aggregated, non-identifying metrics about its own profile, never to individual data about a specific family or pet.
- Total number of families following them.
- Total views of their profile and posts.
- Total clicks on their contact buttons or links.
- Total scans of their QR code.
- General trends (for example, whether their followers are growing or dropping).
The place might be close by. Your data is still yours.
Peludio does not share any personal information about families or their pets with Partner businesses. We are committed to keeping it private, and we never sell it to third parties.
- A specific family's name, email or phone number.
- Pet care information, vaccines, medication, weight or documents.
- Photos, notes or memories saved in Peludio.
- Who else you follow or what else you do in the app.
- Any personal data that Peludio would sell to Partner businesses.
What following a business means
Following a business on Peludio just means you'll see its posts inside the app whenever you choose to look at them.
It does not mean the business gets your email, phone number or any contact details.
It does not mean you'll start getting automatic emails or push notifications from that business.
You can unfollow it whenever you want, no explanation needed.

Right now, Partner updates only appear inside the app. We don't automatically send emails or push notifications on their behalf.

The business's role
- Publishes updates, offers or content about their own business.
- Can see aggregated metrics about their profile, never individual data.
- Responds to families who contact them through their own channels (phone, website, etc.).
- Cannot message a family directly inside Peludio or access their account.
External links (website, social media, WhatsApp) take you outside Peludio and are covered by that business's own privacy policy.

Yes. You can follow or unfollow a business whenever you want from My places, with no need to explain yourself or notify anyone.
What happens if I open WhatsApp or a website from the profile?
You leave Peludio. Those links take you to the business's own sites, which have their own privacy policy, separate from Peludio's.
How is a business reviewed?
Every request is reviewed manually. We check that the business exists and that its activity is pet-related before activating the profile. You can email feedback@peludio.com to request a review or ask questions.
Does appearing on Peludio mean a business is recommended or certified?
No. We check that the business exists and that its activity is pet-related before activating its profile. This review is not a professional certification and does not replace any checks a family may want to make before hiring a service.
How can I apply to become a Partner?
By emailing feedback@peludio.com with your business's basic details. We review the request manually before activating the profile.
Does it cost anything?
Following a business is free for families. During this first phase, joining and basic use of Peludio Partners are also free for selected businesses. If that changes, we will inform you before activating any paid service.
What can I publish?
Updates, offers or relevant information about your own business, such as special hours, promotions or new services. Content always comes from the business itself.
Who is responsible for the content?
The business itself is responsible for the accuracy and legality of what it publishes. Peludio reviews the profile before activating it, but doesn't write or validate each individual post.
