Partners Terms

Peludio Partners lets pet-related businesses (such as veterinary clinics, pet stores, groomers, trainers, daycares, shelters or similar) create a public profile that Peludio users can discover, add to their own My Places, follow, and receive posts and offers from.

Peludio Partners is offered as is and may change, be limited or be discontinued during beta. We try to avoid disruption to Partners but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Joining Peludio Partners requires a manual application. You provide information about the business and, where relevant, the reason you want to join.

We review applications manually and may accept, reject or request more information before deciding. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline applications at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the business or where it does not fit Peludio Partners.

Accepted Partners can add people to their profile with the role of owner or editor. Owners can manage the full profile, including who is on the team; editors can manage content such as posts and offers.

Each person accessing the Partner panel is responsible for keeping their own credentials confidential and for anything done through their account.

You must provide accurate information about who is authorised to represent the business, and promptly remove access for people who should no longer have it.

You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and legality of the content you publish through Peludio Partners, including your profile description, posts, offers, prices and any claims about your business.

You must have the rights to any images, text or other material you upload, and must not publish content that is misleading, unlawful, or infringes the rights of others.

Prices and offers you publish must reflect what you are actually able to honour. Peludio is not a party to any transaction between a Partner and a Peludio user, and is not responsible for the fulfilment of offers, bookings or purchases arranged outside the app.

Peludio may review, moderate, hide or remove Partner profiles, posts or offers that appear inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or in breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate a Partner's access to the panel, or remove a Partner from the directory, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the business cannot be verified, or continued participation could harm users or Peludio.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to inform the Partner of the reason, but urgent security or trust concerns may require immediate action.

When a Peludio user adds your business to My Places, they follow your Partner profile. This relationship belongs to the user and is managed inside their own Peludio account, not through your Partner panel.

Peludio Partners does not give you access to the identity, contact details or any personal information of the people who follow you. You will not receive a list, export or contact information of your followers.

You must not attempt to identify, re-identify or single out individual followers from the metrics, QR codes, links or any other information made available to you through the Partner panel. Metrics are provided in aggregate form to help you understand how your profile performs, not to reveal who any specific follower is.

Metrics such as follower counts, QR scans, profile views or click-through numbers are estimates intended to help you understand engagement. We do not guarantee any specific level of visibility, followers, engagement or business results from using Peludio Partners.

Followers give you no right to contact them by email, push notification or any channel outside Peludio. Communication with your followers happens only through what you publish on your Partner profile inside the app.

Your Partner profile may include links to your own website, WhatsApp number, booking system or other external services. Any interaction that takes place outside Peludio, including messages, bookings, payments or purchases, is between you and the user and is entirely your responsibility.

Peludio does not operate, control or guarantee any external website, messaging service or booking system you link to, and is not responsible for what happens there.

The Peludio Partners name, design, software and underlying technology belong to Peludio and may not be copied, reverse engineered or used outside the intended purpose of the service.

You keep ownership of the content you upload about your business (such as your logo, photos, descriptions and offers). You grant Peludio a limited licence to host, display and distribute that content as part of operating Peludio Partners, including showing it to Peludio users.

You may stop using Peludio Partners and request removal of your Partner profile at any time by contacting feedback@peludio.com.

We may discontinue Peludio Partners, or a Partner's participation in it, if required for legal, security or operational reasons, or in case of breach of these terms.

Peludio Partners is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, and in particular without any guarantee of a specific number of followers, views, clicks or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peludio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Peludio Partners, including damages related to interactions with followers or third-party services you link to.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country.

We may update these terms as Peludio Partners evolves. Continued use of Peludio Partners after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
