Peludio is a digital journal for your dog's photos, weight, checkups, vaccines and everyday moments.

Features may change, move or be limited during beta. We try to avoid disruption, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Peludio helps you organise information about your pet. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency guidance.

Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions. Do not rely on Peludio in an emergency.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or violate these terms.

You keep ownership of the photos, notes and other content you upload.

You grant Peludio a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or material that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others' rights.

Use Peludio only for lawful personal purposes related to caring for your pet.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer or overload our systems.

Do not use Peludio to send spam or malware.

Peludio is free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice.

We provide the service as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peludio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

You may stop using Peludio at any time and request account deletion.

We may discontinue the service or your access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
